Private label, end to end: from Pantone to retail carton
What a private-label keyboard project involves — colour approval, logo methods, packaging and the timeline we hold ourselves to.

A private-label programme is mostly a sequence of approvals. Understanding the sequence is what keeps a launch date intact, so here is the one we run with new partners.
Week 1: colourway shortlist, logo method (laser etch, print or anodised insert) and packaging direction
Week 2: colour plaques and logo samples approved against Pantone and artwork files
Week 3–4: pre-production samples with your firmware key legends
Week 5: packaging dieline and manual proof approval
Week 6–8: mass production, 100% functional check, carton drop test
Every stage ends with a signed approval sheet, so both sides know exactly what was agreed before the next step starts.
